What does your day look like?

A typical day at Ostrom is a dynamic mix of collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. I start my day, coffee in hand, by catching up on emails and prioritizing tasks. Throughout the day, I collaborate with my team on backend development projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our energy consumption tracking app.  It's a mix of optimizing backend infrastructure, collaborating on exciting projects, and smashing any roadblocks that come our way. We have regular stand-up meetings to stay aligned and address any challenges. In between, there's always room for brainstorming sessions and creative problem-solving. The hybrid working model provides flexibility, allowing me to balance work with personal commitments effectively. It's this variety and adaptability in my day that keeps me engaged and excited about the work I do at Ostrom.
