SimplyFair: Our original transparent tariff for all! Easily add meter readings to track your consumption on our app. Energy prices track the market prices on a monthly basis. Our last price increase was in 2022, and we did 7 price decreases (yes!) since then.

SimplyDynamic: Our smart-meter compatible tariff! For those customers who already have a smart meter, automatically see your energy consumption on an hourly basis. This means you can take advantage of low prices when the sun shines or the wind blows!

#4 I'm worried about price changes. How often do prices change at Ostrom?
While energy prices change often, our SimplyFair tariff removes that complexity for our customers. It's the perfect balance between dynamic prices that change hourly and 24-month contracts that keep you locked in to a high price (think households in 2024 still paying 2022 prices).

Our last price increase was in 2022, and afterwards we did 7 price decreases then. This means our customers quickly received cheaper prices as soon as they came. How awesome is that!
#5 Does Ostrom offer risk-free, flexible, monthly cancellable contracts?
Yes! Both our SimplyFair and SimplyDynamic tariffs do not have the typical 12- or 24-month minimum contract periods like every other provider. We want you to stay because you want to, not because you have to.
